Gemma is probably the kindest and sweetest person I’ve ever come across in any customer service environment. Honestly, if this hadn’t been such an important decision (like choosing a wedding dress!), I think I would’ve bought anything she was selling. Thank you, Gemma — you made the whole experience feel special. The store itself is lovely, with a great range of dresses and a kind team overall. I’ll definitely be back at some point!
Had the best experience finding my wedding dress here and would recommend to any bride to be!! Thanks to Gemma I tried on a dress I would never have chosen and immediately loved it/knew it was the dress for me. There are a lot of different styles to try and the staff are just the loveliest! I didn't go to many shops but this was the better experience by far. The alterations from Mariola were perfect. I had so many compliments on my dress, I just wish I could wear it over and over again.
From start to finish I really enjoyed my wedding dress experience. Having been to a handful of other shops prior to The Wedding Dress Shop, I hadn't been able to find the style of dress I was searching for. The shop has a wide variety of styles to choose from, to suit a range of budgets. I was able to fully customise my dress, adding on sleeves and making the bust slightly more modest. I've loved my fist time appointment with Laura. I did not know what to expect and it all was so enjoyable and easy and I can't thank her enough! I've found some favourites in here and I'm definitely going back
