If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lady measuring us was doing great but apparently she was training and the other person too over very rudely. She made us order way too big of sizes. I then made sure to discuss date of depivery and they assured me mid February. It is now almost April 1st (the month of the wedding) and still not in! Friendly, helpful, and lots of different options. The Wedding Day was my third store to shop for a Wedding Dress and this one felt the most comfortable. They accommodated my schedule on a weekend and made us feel welcomed. My bridal party even shopped for their dresses here the same day. I bought the dress, the bridesmaids dresses and my veil here. The wedding day was a great place to shop for a wedding dress. They were flexible when it came to scheduling appointments and always friendly when we arrived. I ordered the wrong size gown and they went out of their way to help me send it back to the designer to get the right size. I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to friends.
I loved it here. They didn't pressure on price or try to upsale you when you let them know your budget. The dresses are high quality. Anita is awesome and so are all the other girls that helped me here. I would recommend Wedding Day to anyone getting married. They made "dress hunting" really enjoyable and stress free.
I did not have an appointment and apparently you need one just to look around. The woman at the counter was unwelcoming and seemed stressed by my presence despite the fact that there was only one other customer in the store.
