I can’t recommend a bridal shop more! I had an amazing first impression working with The Wedding Bell. It was easy to book an appointment online, they were very timely in confirming, and starting the appointment. The shop itself is gorgeous, and my bridal consultant Madison was the absolute sweetest, and made my experience so special for me, my mom, and moh. Chelsea was amazing! She helped me pick the perfect dress in just one day. Her excellent customer service and bubbly personality made my bride tribe and I feel so comfortable! Highly recommend working with her 💕
I made an appointment online at 4pm and the website said it would be an 90 minute. On the day of my appointment I called the store to confirm my APPT at 4pm, the women that answered the phone confirmed mt APPT at 4pm and she said I would have the full 90min to try on as many dresses I would want to in the 90min time frame. everthing went good at my APPT until it turned 5pm, I was looking at a few more dresses to try on and a lady with redish brown hair rudely told me they were closing and I needed to wrap up. I came into the Wedding Bell as my second dress shopping stop and told Chelsea what I loved about a dress at another shop and what I wished was different about it to make it the one. She DELIVERED. With all of my descriptions she said “oh I’ve got the perfect dress” she humored my crew by having me try on a couple others first, but I ended up going with that first dress she pulled.
