I had a really disappointing experience trying on gowns here. From the start, it felt like our stylist, Madi, just didn’t care. She wasn’t helpful, didn’t pull any dresses based on what I said I was looking for, and overall didn’t seem interested in guiding the appointment at all. I cannot recommend The Wedding Bell enough! They truly saved me & my wedding from actual disaster. I bought my original wedding dress in March of 2025 in San Diego. I decided to buy my reception dress from The Wedding Bell & had an amazing experience working with Alexia. She's the sweetest angel! My reception dress even arrived sooner than expected! I had a great experience at the wedding bell! My consultant was chelsea and she was so welcoming and helpful. I saw a dress immediately that I loved. It was on the sale rack but was still over my budget. I tried on about 8 dresses and still kept coming to that one. Chelsea knew how much I loved it but I was on the fence. She worked her magic and talked with management to make it work! She was amazing and made me feel special!
I was so pleased with The Wedding Bell and with our consultant Madi. She helped my dearest friend pick out the perfect dress for her wedding. Madi listed to what the brides wants and needs. What a wonderful time!
10/10 experience! Went in one day to look around and ended up finding the one. Loved everything- the team, selection, atmosphere. Natalee with alterations was amazing as well! Would highly recommend. Thank you WB!
