Where should I even begin.. COMMUNICATION WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Let’s start with engagement photos.. in our contract I stated where the venue was and I asked if the engagement photos would be taken there via email. The photographer confirmed. THE DAY OF the engagement photos I sent a courtesy message reminding them of the photos and giving them an ETA.
