Such terrible service. They closed three hours early with no notice - yet there was people in the store.
I saw this store on Instagram and finally got a chance to visit. It was such a nice experience. Kelsey welcomed me and gave me a store tour. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store also smells really good. You should visit!
First time visiting The Webster — loved the store and the selection. However, one female staff member completely ignored me and my friend when we politely asked for the washroom, even though we were right beside her. I had to raise my voice after asking three times. Her response was cold and unprofessional, and her facial expressions made me feel unwelcome. I understand we weren’t shopping with her, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional.
Left ONE star is for the building renovation, nothing else is worth checking out. Overall a pretentious curated fashion name brand store with messy merchandise and mediocre service. Didn’t take any photos, didn’t dare doing it, not worth it anyways.
