First time visiting The Webster — loved the store and the selection. However, one female staff member completely ignored me and my friend when we politely asked for the washroom, even though we were right beside her. I had to raise my voice after asking three times. Her response was cold and unprofessional, and her facial expressions made me feel unwelcome. I understand we weren’t shopping with her, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional.
Left ONE star is for the building renovation, nothing else is worth checking out. Overall a pretentious curated fashion name brand store with messy merchandise and mediocre service. Didn’t take any photos, didn’t dare doing it, not worth it anyways.

I had such a great time shopping at The Webster today! It was my first visit, and honestly, it turned out to be my best shopping experience ever. The store itself is gorgeous and neat. The employees there are super nice and really took the time to show me around and explain the different sections! There’s such a wide variety of products to choose from. Definitely worth the money, and I can’t wait to come back!
