Customer service is A1. I’ve had my bundles for over 1 year and I continue to use them. Recently bought bundles and lace closure for a bob style and everyone thought it was my real hair… always a faithful customer and client. Shanise is phenomenal at installing hair and help a client decide which bundles are best for the style goals.
Great hair quality.. whatever you need they will get you together if you need a certain type of hair all you have to do is ask. Professional setting not a long wait I’m always satisfied
I have wrote this company through email two times and was told I would be refunded the difference in the 26 inch body wave wig I ordered and the 24 inch wig I received. Still has not happened. The wig is so thin I had to order a bundle to hide the tracks at the top and bottom. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because the hair on the wig is a nice texture Z
