Disorganized and unprofessional.
Fantastic service provided by Yvonne and her team. They were always quick to respond to tenant requests or issues. Professional in respecting the tenant's space while dealing with any owner requests. Very helpful when moving in as well as moving out at end of the lease. Would recommend to anyone!

Unbelievably rude over a supposed mark missed by cleaners, who agreed to return, but apparently it was not quick enough for them. So the agent engaged in harassment with us and claimed that multiple emails and 6 phone calls in an afternoon were "friendly". They demanded we return to clean it and provided keys, even though new tenants had moved in - I would be very wary of how they treat tenants privacy.
Thankyou to Yvonne and Alex! They are so friendly and easy to work with, flexible with requests and very responsive which is so helpful 😊
