If I could rate 0 stars, I would. By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had hiring a law firm. Attorneys are basically impossible to get ahold of and there is zero sense of urgency, even for time-sensitive matters. I retained this firm for a child custody matter and it took over 4 weeks for my attorney (Jonathan Browning) to file my paperwork after I came into the office to fill it out, only to find out that he filed it under an improper case number and then withdrew the motion without even speaking to me first. Not Complete On several occasion, I have called your office, (May 26, 28, 2015 and June 1, 8 2015) regarding the QDRO that was sent to you by Lexington Pen (May 19, 2015). I was told that once you have reviewed the paperwork that the papers are to be sent to the judge for review and signed.
