If I could rate 0 stars, I would. By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had hiring a law firm. Attorneys are basically impossible to get ahold of and there is zero sense of urgency, even for time-sensitive matters. I retained this firm for a child custody matter and it took over 4 weeks for my attorney (Jonathan Browning) to file my paperwork after I came into the office to fill it out, only to find out that he filed it under an improper case number and then withdrew the motion without even speaking to me first.
