I was a customer for many years and then moved to TN and then to IA and was NOT able to find anything comparable to these wonderful folks. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. I got my 3 girls going to them as well but we have all moved out of state to different states and they all say the same thing. We miss Way Herb Shop!!

Throughout the years that I have frequented Dera's shop I have never felt dis-serviced or made to feel like a number by a person who 'has their hand in my pocket'. I really liked this little shop. The owner was right there and very helpful. It is obvious that she cares about what she is doing and about what is really good for people. I just gave my sister some rose/green tea that I bought and she loved it. She said the tea was very smooth tasting. That is why I'm here. I was looking for the website for "The way Herb Shop". I enjoy visiting this store for several reasons. First, the service is amazing. A few weeks ago I needed a product that a large retail chain in the area did not have in stock and said they wouldn't have it for at least a couple of weeks. I found this shop online and called the owner who said she could get the item for me and would have it by the end of the week. Since starting the ionic footbaths I feel so much healthier. I have more energy and sleep better. The owner of this shop is very helpful. I highly recommend this store.
