Janice has always been so welcoming since my first appointment. She walks you through the whole process during your first appointment and is very accommodating. Couldn't recommend her enough!
Went for my first ever wax and I can't say enough about janice. She was very personable and walked me through the whole process step by step and made sure I was comfortable right from the beginning.
I called her, 15 minutes to closing time, practically in tears over a barely done Brazilian from a place near by. Janice comforted me and accommodated me amidst my travels in the area. She fixed my wax and made me feel much better. Janice is the best!!
