Ingrid was so sweet and talked me through the process as this was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. She was upfront and honest about everything which I appreciated. The experience was great! She gave words of encouragement during the wax and made me feel comfortable. Also gave me great recommendations on particular products to use to help with problem areas. 10/10
