Today was my first visit and my next is already scheduled. Kristy friendly down to earth welcoming atmosphere and appointments do not overlap so clients receive a complete 1 to 1 experience. Kristy is professional and personable. She takes the time to discuss how you'd like your brows to look, what she will be doing, and how you'd like it to be done. The best part is that my eyebrows actually look like they should both be on my face. If you're looking for amazing brows, The Waxing Poetic is the place to go.
I could not recommend Kristy enough! She is very warm and patient throughout your whole visit. I love how she maps out the brows beforehand and lets you check everything throughout the process. I’m not one for letting people touch my facial features or hair, but when I found Kristy, I knew she would do my brows justice. Now, I trust her 100% to make my eyebrows look natural and clean, especially with my sensitive acne prone skin. I also love the vibe of her studio. It’s kept very clean and gives off a warm, cozy feeling.
