After a botched brow wax experience at another spa (that shall remain nameless), Laura got me in for an appointment within hours. She was kind and offered a much needed therapy session for me following my traumatic experience earlier that day. Even though there wasn’t much to be done to fix my immediate issue, Laura gave a thoughtful consult and provided suggestions for the re-growth journey ahead. Her kindness and expertise were immediately apparent and I will certainly be booking with her in the future.
Laura is truly the best at what she does, and I wouldn’t trust my brows to anyone else. She is incredibly skilled, precise, and professional, while also being warm and genuinely lovely to be around. Every appointment feels easy and enjoyable, and I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Laura has a real gift for making you look and feel your best, and it’s clear how much care she puts into her work. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
