I had a very frustrating experience with this waxing service. The lady canceled on me twice, the first time because her cat was sick, and the second time for the same reason. The second cancellation was especially frustrating because she messaged me asking if I could come in earlier, which I told her I couldn't. She replied with "Okay". Thinking I still had an appointment at my original time, I showed up, the shop was closed. When I messaged her, she told me I had "misunderstood" the situation. I went here for the first time to have my brows waxed and I had an amazing experience! Marinah took her time after assessing my current brows and shaped them to fit the geometry of my face. She also did a brow tint that really complimented my facial features. I will be coming back whenever I’m in the burbs.

Just wanted to say I’ve been coming here for 4 years already and Marinah is the waxing queen. She’s fast and does not miss! Very accurate and uses hard wax. She also offers other unique services in the event you need ingrown hair removal. I’m going to miss her when I move to Texas.
