I visited this studio based on a friend’s recommendation and had high expectations, but my experience didn’t meet them. I arrived about 10 minutes early, just to see if Megan might be available, but didn’t mind waiting of course. She was with another client, which I understood, however, neither staff member acknowledged me when I arrived.
