I had a very disappointing experience with the facial waxing service. After the wax strip was removed, pieces of skin were pulled off my face on my cheeks , on my lip and below my chin leaving it raw, painful, irritated, and visibly damaged with dark scarring. This was much more than normal redness after waxing. I expected the proper precautions to be taken, especially when working on such a sensitive area. Went in for a simple cleanup and had more than half my eyebrow ripped off and skin ripped too and I don't use any retinol. I told her multiple times that I don't like thin eyebrows and no arches just to go with the natural flow, I have thick eyebrows but now I practically have none. Nice staff, but will never go back here again.
