Really know what they are doing. Very patient and listens to what you want. I got my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. Loved the way my eyebrows turned out. They don’t have that thick, gloppy wax and they make sure the wax isn’t too hot. It’s a very comfortable setting with the private rooms. My daughter and her friend are going to try them out as well. Very pleased with experience.
