I am a disabled veteran living in Manchester and I’ve been going here about two years. they’re always pushy with the appointments and I responded no via text yesterday to an appointment I had today. Today I called when I saw they texted me again and they charged me $65.00. For a business to send tax that they don’t receive back, shows me that they’re not interested in canceling and they’re interested in creating an additional step for a disabled person or anyone who’s busy so they can make money. Receiving 2 day notices of your appointment including a 2 hour same day text reminding you of your appointment. Having not been charged in the past for the same day No-Show. We felt as this is your new excuse of sending us a text to our cancellation message that clearly states to call us if you are canceling your appointment.
