Today I called when I saw they texted me again and they charged me $65.00. Receiving 2 day notices of your appointment including a 2 hour same day text reminding you of your appointment. Having not been charged in the past for the same day No-Show. We felt as this is your new excuse of sending us a text to our cancellation message that clearly states to call us if you are canceling your appointment.
