This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was extremely nervous going in. One of my friends, recommended Hannah to me, and I’m so glad she did. Hannah was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. She explained everything clearly, was very gentle, and truly knew how to put my nerves at ease. The experience was much better than I expected, and the results were amazing. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone, especially if it’s your first time — she’s absolutely wonderful.

I’ve been coming to this wax shop regularly and have always had a great experience. The staff is usually very nice and professional, which is why this experience was very disappointing. This time, my service was done by Rachael, and she charged me for a full arm even though she only waxed slightly above the elbow. She mentioned that they usually don’t include that area in a full arm and suggested charging extra for shoulders, which has never happened to me before at this location. I have been a regular client at the wax shop for over a year now. For the past 4 months I have been getting my monthly waxes while on acutane, which my waxer knew about. This month I booked my wax with a different waxer as my regular one was unavailable. I put in the booking notes that Im on acutane just so my new waxer was aware about my dry skin.
