Ophelia is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. A bikini wax is not exactly a relaxing situation, but she is professional, gentle, and clearly very experienced. She explains what she is doing, works efficiently, and pays attention to detail. I really appreciated how respectful and calm she is. The results were great and the whole experience was far better than I expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled and kind.
Olfelia of The Wax Room in Sola Salon on Avenida Encinas is a competent and caring esthitician. She is thorough and careful. In addition she is kind, caring and funny. I have been enjoying her services for over 3 years.
I absolutely adore Ofelia. I've been coming to her for years and after having many waxers in the past, she is the only one for me! Clean, efficient, friendly, just the absolute sweetest! I also love the Mon Tue deal for those who want to go in for a deal on waxing! You won't be disappointed :)
Great experience but not for me, Ophelia is super sweet and does a great job I would highly recommended her. It did not last long enough on my lashes but I would think each experience would depend upon each one’s lashes.
