ABOVE AND BEYOND! Today was my first day with Camryn at TheWaxRoomVa and she’s got a forever client in me! She was quick, thorough, very personable and has GREAT customer service!! Camryn made me feel so comfortable being a first timer! It hurt a little, but I noticed when she tells you to breathe out, breathing out a little harder (almost like you’re having a baby lol) and her pressing, it made it tolerable. I hear it’s never as bad as the first time (if you follow directions) so we’ll see.
Do yourself a favor and try this place out. It is professional, fast, friendly, and clean. You will not be disappointed. The staff is honest and courteous. It is a one stop shop. Do not sleep.
Camryn was niceeee and down to earth ,made me feel super comfortable! We talked and laughed the whole time will most definitely be making her my new wax lady !
