I Have been coming to The Wax Room for 8 years when the owner Danielle was in the bottom of another building. I travel 45 mins to my appointments and refuse to go anywhere else. The customer experience i get each time is never a let down and not to mention the shop it self is a whole vibe nice and clean great music and just a awesome set up. The product is never a let down i have super sensitive skin and have never had a problem with the products they use. Keep up the awesome job!!!
I love the people that work at the waxroom they are very nice if u are looking for a good wax I would recommend the waxroom. I can't forget the owner Danielle thanks for ur great service
Always polite, professional, and pays close attention to detail. I’ve only ever gotten a Brazilian wax with Danielle and she makes the experience like I’m visiting with an old friend. Until the snatch, I barely even remember what I’m there for. 😆 I’ve been going to her for about 6 years and she’s always been flexible with me, adjusting if anything came up. I really couldn’t ask for more.
Loved the atmosphere, awesome service, and I was in and out. Just booked my next appointment.
This was my first visit and Danielle made it an exceptional visit. Her expertise and confidence came through all the way. I was completely satisfied!
