I have been going to get waxed here for over a year with no issues. This last time I went, a technician (whom I was not familiar with) did not take the appropriate steps to prep my skin for waxing and left me with extreme redness, bruises, and tenderness for more than 32 hours. I sent two different emails to the address on the website with no response. Wouldnt recommend just for the lack of response on seeking advice on relieving the pain/redness.
Fastest eyebrow wax I have ever had and my eyebrows have never looked better!! HIGHLY recommend and Danielle was such a sweetie!
