Visiting Queenstown for a few days and went to The Wax Room for a Brazilian, face and eyebrow waxing and it was amazing! Lovely relaxed studio and Erica was so great. So friendly, funny, quick and did an amazing job - defo the best waxing experience I’ve had. Would defo come here again and recommend this place to others. The only place I would go to in Queenstown for waxing!

I found The Wax Room online after reading great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! I was nervous since I’ve only had one other spray tan in my life and was travelling for my wedding so couldn't do a trial, and knew my strapless, backless wedding dress would not be forgiving! The team was so friendly and welcoming, immediately making me feel comfortable and at ease. I am visiting the country and was looking for a place to get a wax. I had read the reviews claiming The Wax Room provides “pain free waxing” and was skeptical that any waxing could be pain free. However, somehow they did it! This was hands down the best wax I have ever had.
