Very pleasant office, friendly staff. Vanessa was ready for me when I arrived. She explained the process thoroughly.
The wax room from walking in to asking question was an amazing experience. My tech Isabella was very informative, took the time to explain what was happening, more hurt or less hurt due to areas. Answering my questions and concern. The wax room is just what is.

I cannot recommend her enough and all the wonderful ladies at The Wax Room are exceptional from front desk greetings, service provided, and checking out (they have the cutest space, as well!)
