I got my haircut here by Kelsey. She was absolutely wonderful! She asked great questions to help me figure out what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. Great haircut and friendly service with great communication.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10! This was my 3rd time at The Wax Pot, and today I was extra anxious 😒 makes sense.. sleepless nights with kiddos and a puppy! Malena kept me comfy, distracted, and at ease the whole time. Over all experience was fun, professional, and felt safe with her handling my waxing needs! Highly recommend! 🫶
I unfortunately had a bad experience getting my eyebrows done here. I know everyone there is independent so experiences probably vary widely from person to person. Glenda did not know what a barrier cream was, I should've said nevermind at that point but stayed for the wax anyway. She asked another person who worked there, she was aware of barrier creams but also did not know what to use. Reonna Moore is going to forever my go to, especially for pedicures! I have had to have both my large toenails removed and I had given up hope on having pretty painted nails on my large toes that matched the rest of my toenails. She made it possible and I showed them off to EVERYONE! She was extremely gentle when using the electronic file around the edges by my skin so it never hurt once.
