Unfortunately, I Would Not Recommend!! Customer Service & Meeting My Skin Care Needs Was A 0/10 . . . Although She Did Reschedule Me Last Minute & I Appreciate That But My Overall Experience Was Nothing Like The Website States!!

My experiences with The Wax Lady have been absolutely superb. I booked for the "Bye Bye Ingrowns" service. She was very informative on what she was going to use & what it was for. The mask was the best, but the hot towel was my favorite part. She has refreshments in her waiting area, it smells good, & she has good music playing to take some of the edge off. She had no problem answering any questions I had during the time of my service. I've been to her several times, & I've been able to express a concern or two without foul.... read more

First impressions are everything, and I had the absolute best experience with Chivoin. When trying to find a new esthetician I was a bit nervous, but Chivoin made me feel so comfortable. Not only is she professional, but she is very knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in her caring for her clients. I felt like I was talking to an old friend although I just met her. Thank you so Chivoin. Definitely will be a returning client !!!

Chivoin is amazing! She’s the only esthetician I go to in Shreveport. She works fast, is friendly, and makes sure to remove all hair (which I love)! Her pace helps keep the waxes from being too painful. Absolutely love her!
