This was my first time getting a wax and I was treated with so much care. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door and was walked through the entire experience. Definitely found a loyal customer. I will be returning!

I really did not want to give this low review since I figured this place was reputable. My appointment was set for Saturday the 31st at 11 am of January (the day it snowed). I called the number on the website and left a message on the Thursday prior to the storm that I would like to reschedule. On the voicemail Ms. Lashanna says that you wont hear a response until 72hrs so texting the number will get you a faster response even though you have to cancel 24hrs ahead to NOT BE CHARGED.
