I went in for a Brazilian, vajacial and underarm wax. The esti was nice however come to find out she wasn’t experienced (she had just gotten her license). That didn’t bother me, I don’t mind giving people a chance, however my hair grew back extremely fast; really I don’t think the entire root was pulled bc despite her missing some spots, my pores were still stubbly. Jashira & staff are so kind and welcoming! My Brazilian came out amazing! The best part of my appointment was an unexpected moment that occurred. I’m currently visiting TN from NY for the summer and it was my first time getting a service here. I had to bring my son (8) who is diagnosed with ASD/ADHD. Loved Amara, her service was great and she was very sweet, even though it definitely took a lot longer than 30 minutes as usually advertised. I also didn’t receive service until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I originally booked a Brazilian then was charged extra for an “extraction”, which I never asked for and I believe wasn’t even done. I received a basic Brazilian. My waxing experience with Mi’shonda was great. She answered all my question with detail and informed me of next steps to take after waxing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made me feel as if my health was equally important to her as it is to me. 10/10 will recommend and 100% will return to The Wax House Clarksville. Front desk receptionist service was fantastic and my overall time spent there was minimal (Less than 30 minutes total) including check out.
