I booked with them & 30 min before my appt I got a call saying they would not be able to do my lashes ! This is TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I’ve been going here for about a year, the only downside is the wait. I’ve had 10–12 appointments, and it’s easily a 10-minute wait in the lobby before being seen. It’s usually manageable for me since my schedule is flexible, but today was the first time I had to leave without being serviced because I had somewhere to be. Tam has done most of my appointments.
