I’ve been going to the wax factory for years and I have never had a bad experience! They do a great job, very professional and affordable. Katie is great!
Do you remember Cynthia from rugrats? Yeah that’s what my Brazilian turned out like. The service was rushed, the hairs that did get “waxed” were snapped which means they’re gonna peak out in a week. Katelyn the servicer didn’t seem to even want to do the service. It was a very disappointing experience.
Kaitlyn was fabulous.
