I was in the market for a new brow esty around my birthday in October & found her on google. I viewed her page & reviews and she was highly recommended. I usally only get a brow wax but during the 1st visit 1 of my brows had some shedding prior. Unsanitary and poor customer service skills. The wax room was small and cluttered. There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. The table was wobbly, I felt unsafe. I addressed my concerns with the lack of full privacy. The waxing equipment had dry wax dripping on the outside of the holder. The owner Jai expected me to lay on the table in my birthday suit for a bikini wax, leg wax, and underarm wax without any type of coverage. The room was cold. I chose not to receive her services. I booked Ms.Jai for my birthday and when I tell u, my experience was phenomenal, to her explaining what she was doing to making me comfortable. I ended up falling asleep in the chair that’s how relaxing the experience is.. Definitely will be back
