I got a Groupon for a wax here. I've been trying for a month to reach Niecey to no avail. I called the number on Google, I tried a different number Groupon gave me, I messaged her on StyleSeat, and on several social media sites. No answer. I still have yet to get a refund so she effectively stole my money. I'm really not happy right now; it's very irresponsible to sell an service you have no intent on delivering on. Niecy does an amazing job!! Very kind, efficient, and good at her job! Used to go to EWC, but not only are Niecy’s prices more affordable, her demeanor is much kinder and she is more detailed in her work. 10/10 recommend!
