I forgot to get the name of the lady who did my brows ( she was Puerto Rican ), but this was my first experience here and I’m very pleased! She was polite, professional, and extremely accurate with the shaping. She didn’t take too much off like most places tend to do. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a brow wax and tint. She left me with the thinnest brows, bad shape and only one brow appeared to be tinted. I went back and the lady who done them had gone home. Another lady tried to fix them but they were so messed up she couldn’t do anything other than tint the one brow. Edited to add that my appointment was June 9th at lunchtime. I came back that same day at 5:45pm. If you have an email I can correspond with that would be easier. I already went to the salon to try resolve this.

I had my first brazilian in March & another one today. During both visits, the staff were very welcoming each time. Brianna was my waxpert both times, & I can't praise her enough. She's professional, cordial, & made me feel comfortable/relaxed. Amazing results both times! Needless to say, I highly recommend The Wax Bar!
