I had my 1st appointment at the wax bar, which went fine. I booked out for next appointment weeks later and when that next appointment came nobody showed up (I waited 10 min and went to a locked door twice), then later in the day got an email saying thank you for coming to the wax bar. I'm not sure if it's an automated email or if it was a passive aggressive thing from the owner. Either way, it's poor form to not show up for a client and not even call to cancel. I was going to a different wax place and was leaving lowkey dissatisfied every time, not knowing how waxing is supposed to be. Ashley is very incredibly thorough, made me feel so comfortable and educated me on growth cycles, that I should be regularly exfoliating, ect! I can’t recommend enough! Thank you!!
