There apartments suck your paying 14 for a outdated crusty apartment.. I have been a tenant here for over 6-7 years. I recently had a hardship issues with paying my rent and initially Lindsey the associate that was helping me seemed concerned but the end results was not so nice. I did manage to get my rent back on track but at times it seemed as if she wasn't sure of how to take care of the situation. She told me that she was going to take care of things but she sent me a demand letter for possession of my appartment after I had paid and took care of the amount owed. If you like highway noise 24/7 and train horns in the middle of the night-this is the place for you! That, and a neighbors fire will reach you. This used to have a golf course and driving range. Also a storage area we could park our boat. Both gone. Now they just mow a path and call it a nature trail..muddy, bug infested and lame. Finally out of my lease so posting about my experience. I know it’s different for everyone but it was not great for me or my roommate. We had signed an 8 month lease which in those 8 months they had promised that our front door would be fixed as it wouldn’t shut unless it was locked. They also had promised the door to be fixed cosmetically as well which also never happened.
