So there was a fire a month ago in my building we've had little to no updates, everytime they give us a time frame it's been a lie and today I saw they're working on other apartments before we can even get back we're not a priority to them in the slightest they first said DTE needed to do an inspection then they needed to do some repairs now they're saying they need DTE to turn the power back on they have told us a week it's been 3 they said maybe tomorrow we could come back but that was a week ago with no updates since they... read more
I've been here for about 18 months they're terrible we had a fire cause the electric meters blew and we've not received any major updates whatsoever they go back and forth on what we're waiting on and a fellow tenant told me that they're working on other buildings right now instead of fixing up ours I wouldn't live here again if I could afford to end my lease I would these people are idiots to say the least you're better off somewhere else it's worth the extra money for peace of mind
I have been a resident at the Waverly for nearly two years. Our spacious balcony, view of the lake, and second bedroom and bathroom have been a daily boost to my mental health. It would be hard for me to imagine living anywhere else. The buildings are on the older side, but I would never be able to afford living here if this place was built over brand new.
