My experience has been really positive. My leasing agent, Sagor, has been amazing to work with. Anytime I’ve needed something or had questions, the office staff has always been friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. Recently they’ve done a lot of improvements and touch ups around the property: updated electrical and HVAC systems, cleaned carports, repainted parking lot, and landscaping that’s always taken care of. It feels good knowing my rent goes toward making the community better for us as residents .

Poor communication and no consistency.
I’ve been staying here for a few months and I can honestly say the lady who sit at the front desk, I think her name Khim she comes through with extraordinary customer service and care like none other. Anytime I come in the office with my notepad of problems she makes sure to get right on them and see about them for me no hassle no attitude, pure professional. Great things you guys are doing up there team keep it up!! And khim I hope you see this keep doing what you do!
I just moved into the Waverly and Mrs. Khim has been a tremendous help. She moved with urgency addressing my concerns. I would definitely recommend requesting her for an appointment when scheduling a visit or addressing a concern when moving and living here.
