I just moved into the Waverly and Mrs. Khim has been a tremendous help. She moved with urgency addressing my concerns. I would definitely recommend requesting her for an appointment when scheduling a visit or addressing a concern when moving and living here.
On top of what everyone else has said with the fires management and matanience today they charged me for electricity after the fire dispite dte statements saying I paid they also added other secret fees that when I asked and said they weren't in my lease at all they charge for pest removal dispite their contractors regularly leaving the doors open letting pest in they charge a land lord protection fee that they didn't get me any notice of in my lease they're scummy garbage avoid it let them shut down they're absolutely incom... read more
A/C has been out for almost two months straight. Repeatedly told I’d be contacted by someone for it to be fixed, maintenance found the issue and said it needed a contractor, then they just closed the work order. No fix, no update, just closed it. Almost two months of something being broken and I haven’t received any assistance for this, no rent deductions or anything. This reaction time leaves me concerned for winter, because this current timeframe of maintenance requests would be dangerous if the heat also goes out.
Our Air Conditioning has been out for damn near a month and every time they send someone out they mess around with it and either tell us it’s fixed and it’ll work for a day or two or they can’t do anything other than text their higher up and say they will call you later AND THEN NEVER DO!!! Will not be renewing lease unless MASSIVE changes are made within the company
Avoid this place if you can. In July 2025, the complex began an AC “upgrade” but failed to tell tenants we’d have no AC for days during a major heatwave. I spent nearly a week in a third-floor apartment hitting 90–100°F inside with no backup cooling, no hotel reimbursement, and no alternative plan — a clear disregard for tenant safety.
