This property has got to be one of the best ones. My mother resides here. Maintenance is awesome. Mr. Phillip Morris is so pleasant, friendly and takes pride in his work. If anyone is looking for a luxury apartment please call The Four Apartments!!! Also staff in office like Dee and Alexis also amazing!!! Check them out
I've been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I absolutely love it. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests or questions. I also appreciate how safe I feel here—it’s a very peaceful place to call home. Living at The Four has been an amazing experience from day one. The community is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that make everyday life both comfortable and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and full of natural light. The layouts feel open and welcoming, and the finishes really make it feel like home rather than just another apartment. The staff are wonderful and super helpful especially Mrs.Dee thank you for all of your help!
We have lived at The Four at Deerwood for over 11 years and recently signed a lease out to over 12 years (we moved in when the apartments were brand new and new unit). The management staff of Greystar are fantastic, Allison, Alexis, Shayah, and Dee are wonderful. And Dwayne and his Maintenance Team are awesome!
