We are original tenants, we moved in when built new. Apparently, we are now the longest tenants. The Greystar Management Staff and the Maintenance Team are really great! They all make living here a joy. The location is incredibly convenient and central to Jacksonville and 10 minute drive to the beach, but we don't have the salt air and far enough from storm surges.
