As a resident I can say that it is impossible to live here because of the cockroaches. They literally crawl on your hands while you sleep. And the office only responds to your application on the fifth try. Especially if you don't speak English well.
I have lived here for about 4 months now. I honestly feel safe in this area and that was my main priority when moving to Jacksonville. It is gated and even the buildings need a keycard to get inside. So far, we had a couple of issues with appliances and HVAC not working properly, but the staff usually fix it the next business day. It is a very nice property.
