The management staff of Greystar are fantastic. The Maintenance Team are awesome! They all make living here a joy. The location is incredibly convenient and central to Jacksonville. Fitness and casual walking the block and beautiful lake here are unmatched, day or night. Sky watching is incredible there, and watching the wildlife. We like running and walking for fitness here, it is like a park with nearby office properties. Been living here for a few months now. My fridge was not working but Dwayne was a huge help. Very quickly helped with getting a replacement
I’ve been living here for 10 months and my washing machine has broken 9+ times my piping underneath my kitchen sink has become unusable. I also had a flooding experience caused by that. Not only that I have had cigarettes flicked on my head due to living on the ground floor and beer cans tossed towards my way on my own patio on the first floor.
