I’ve genuinely loved my experience living at The Four at Deerwood! One of my favorite parts has been the trail, I use it for my morning walks over to Tapestry Park, which has been such a nice way to start my day. The community is consistently clean, peaceful, and well cared for, and the amenities are always in great shape. terrible experience, you could hear people walking everywhere and it was extremely hard to sleep and we complained to the management multiples they did they absolutely nothing about, highly recommend you never ever stay here it’s by far the worst place to ever stay, never stay here or you will be miserable and you’ll never be able to sleep for work
The issue I reported involved repeated running noise from the upstairs unit during designated quiet hours, not normal daytime living activity. The disturbances occurred multiple times between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. and repeatedly woke me from sleep. The building has very thin flooring, where even regular footsteps are clearly audible—let alone sustained running—making these overnight disturbances especially disruptive.
