I cannot express how much I enjoyed living here. The management company is superior and the staff on site were always great about answering questions, addressing maintenance issues, and occasionally just providing me with a day's worth of printer paper to tide me over until Amazon pulled through (I always brought notepads to exchange, but they always politely declined). We have lived here for almost a year and enjoyed it so much. The front office/management (looking at you Peyton and Carmen ) and maintenance are so kind and helpful. If there is ever an issue, we are kept updated and it is handled efficiently and timely. The only issue would be the wasp problem (but that comes with the seasons and maintenance is really great about helping remove nests), other than that I highly recommend.
