We have lived here for almost a year and enjoyed it so much. The front office/management (looking at you Peyton and Carmen ) and maintenance are so kind and helpful. If there is ever an issue, we are kept updated and it is handled efficiently and timely. The only issue would be the wasp problem (but that comes with the seasons and maintenance is really great about helping remove nests), other than that I highly recommend. Wow! I was so glad to have found the Waverly during my long extensive apt search! I must say, Payten, Karmen and the team made it so easy for me every step of the way. Actually after first day of conversing with them I explained just how far of a drive I'd have to come view the apt then boom when I revisited the website there were new virtual tours that showed me everything as if I were there! Working with Payten has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible.
I just have to say Karmen, Payton and basically all the staff has been so welcoming and amazing. This is my first apartment and they made me feel so comfortable and have gone above and beyond. Going on a year now and I honestly have no complaints at all the community is nice and they always make it priority when you have something that needs fixing. Thank you guys so much for everything.
