My time at The Wave was such a regulating experience. I wish I could have stayed for a year. I am grateful for the amazing staff and their dedication to the clients' wellbeing. Gwendolyn is a wonderful therapist. I also really enjoyed Raisa's groups.
I recently completed a two month inpatient treatment program there that quite literally saved my life. The intensive therapy was exactly what I needed to get back on my feet after a serious mental health crisis. While there, I made some great friends and bonds that will last a lifetime. I was nervous about coming here but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The team at The Wave is incredible. They make you feel safe, respected, and supported every step of the way. The therapists are great at helping you dig deep without feeling overwhelmed. I'll always be thankful for the time I spent there and for the people who helped me believe in myself again.
