I was nervous about coming here but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The team at The Wave is incredible. They make you feel safe, respected, and supported every step of the way. The therapists are great at helping you dig deep without feeling overwhelmed. I'll always be thankful for the time I spent there and for the people who helped me believe in myself again.
