This place has saved my life. The staff here really go above and beyond. They truly do care about the clients. The therapists are some of the best I've ever seen and are so compassionate and caring. From day one, I felt genuinely cared for. Not just as a patient, but as a whole person. Gwendolyn and Kelly are truly amazing human beings. But all of the therapists are spectacular! If you are a stalking victim they will reject you for “safety reasons”
Being in my last week of the residential program, I thought it a good time to leave a review. The Wave is phenomenal, the staff/techs go out of their way to interact and help patients. It is an all women, mental health only ( not recovery) and is a wonderful program between IFS, CBT, Art therapy, holistic medicine (TCM) yoga, breath work etc your day is full of programming. 2 stars is being generous. Let’s start out with the positive. Raisa’s classes were amazing and very helpful! Gwen was an AMAZING therapist and I loved her groups as well, they were tough but really got down to what is wrong! Kelly, Lauren, Toni, Dawn absolutely amazing staff!! I got a lot out of most of the groups; however I couldn’t finish my time there due to all of the other issues this place has. The cleanliness of this place is a 0 out of 10.
