Very professional and helpful! John helped me straighten my car mats out!!!
My brothers car came off the tracks during the wash cycle. Damages done, very very disappointing experience. Attendant slapped a part of the frame back on and said, good to go. It was not. After being extricated from the wash implements (car and driver)and getting soaked inside the car (my brother) he was pretty pissed.
