I have watched staff be consistently rude to new members who don’t quite know where to go or have a flow yet.
We were visitors from New Orleans and had.a wonderful time here. It’s amazing! Very clean and spacious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to newbies. And the instructions are top of the line! Reasonable rates for Guests & a discount for Seniors!!. Thanks. Mary B
The equipment is cluttered. I feel that they should have a membership that does not include the pool. This place could be way better. Especially, if you look at other resort towns and their recreation centers especially given what they charge you'll would be disappointed. Oh and the locker rooms are from like the 1990s. Furthermore the floor is often dirty in the locker rooms which is is pretty crummy after showering. It’s a great gym with excellent equipment but the hours of operation are frustrating to navigate. They’re closed on holidays and open late on the weekends so it’s hard to build a routine. The weekend hours make no sense to me since they don’t allow one to workout if you work or have children’s activities to attend.
