I have dealt with Hetter Heating / Waterworks 2 times now. 1st time was for a second opinion on repairs in which they came back and told me my real problem was simple and had no cost to fix. The second time being when my AC just stopped working altogether. They came out and evaluated my AC and came to the same conclusion I had that the compressor was broken.
