Mat Ball was fantastic. He got here early and ready to go. I dont normally leave comments but I really liked working with Mat. He had the mentality of getting my issues fix and not how much $$$ he can make. When I have further issues, I'll try to get Mat. Happy Customer.
Waterworks employee Austin R. called and said he'd be here in about 10 minutes, he arrived, took a look at what needed to be done, gave me a quote and installed the shutoff valve for me quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and personable and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Waterworks again based on this job.
