Huge rooms, great location. Didn't get our room until 4ish instead of 3, they stored our bags as we walked the area and had food and drinks to wait for it. No soap, had one of those bulk dispenser things and it was empty. Comfortable beds and great views from the balcony.

No coffee downstairs in the morning, no free weights in the exercise room, and the only treadmill is broken. The lock on the patio door leading to the balcony was also not working. They also started drilling in the room above mine at 9:00 a.m., which is not ideal during business calls.

Had a lovely stay, although I was checking in late, it was still a smooth and pleasant experience , check out was just as simple. Parking is no where near as bad as some of the reviews make it seem, the lot itself is not situated on the same property as the hotel but it is quite literally across the street, like 20 steps from the lobby to the left, not “down the street” as some have implied. The room was very nice. Separate bedroom. There is no TV in the bedroom and it was a little cramped with the dresser at the foot of the bed. The room included a full kitchen and balcony. The location was very convenient with easy access to the lake and dining options, and walkable to the GO train. But it is located in a noisy area with traffic noise and live music at the local establishments. The music was cool until it was time to go to bed.
