I recently had the main water shut off valve replaced and a new water heater installed in my condo. Based on recommendations from the property management company, I used Watershed Plumbing to do the work. I was extremely impressed with the process. Anyone looking for a plumber, look no further than this company. Mike (owner) is a straight up hard-working owner. Had the pleasure of meeting him while working on a larger job in our neighborhood. We've been having sink (clogged) issues for months, but haven't had time to address them. I asked Mike if he could take a look and he sent one (Chase) of his guys over, who fixed it in no time. I gave Watershed plumbing a two in appreciation of the two plumbers that came. They were prompt and friendly. My problem is the outcome after two visits and amount charged. On October 13, my neighbors informed me that their bathroom, below me, was leaking through their ceiling vent. Watershed plumbing came on Oct. 14. They discovered that the flange was broken. This is the second time we have used Watershed. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. We got same day service putting our plumbing concerns to bed. They installed a new water heater 5 years ago and we were very happy so when we needed a faucet repair they were the ones we called.
