Had a great experience with our Hot Water Tank Installation. We worked with Eric to schedule the appointment and he was very helpful and communicated with us well. We used them because they have a lot of experience installing Hot Water Tanks in the North Hampton Condo building in Myrtle Beach. The price and quick service they provided was outstanding. These guys saved me a fortune And my sanity! I had another plumbing company come out and charge me a lot of money told me I had a leak in my slab. When Mike couldn’t hear it, he was determined to try and figure out where that leak was and he found it behind my washer and dryer on an old faucet that I didn’t even know existed. I had an excellent experience with Watershed Plumbing. Honest, efficient, pleasant, and great work. After getting several estimates from other popular local plumbers, Mike and his son Isaac came over to my Myrtle Beach home and repaired my "slab leak". The other plumbers wanted to jack hammer through the floor into the concrete slab to "try" to find the leak for thousands of dollars (not including the repairs for the hole(s) in the floor). We used Watershed Plumbing against our better judgment after seeing the negative reviews. That was a mistake! I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner Mike got silicone all over our new sink. We ended up having a new sink installed. Horrible experience.
