Had Watershed install a toilet in our condo last year. They caulked the base with silicone so we didn't find the leak until recently. The subfloor is now rotted and we have thousands in mold clean up and repairs. This company is horrible and lack the skills for plumbing. It amazes me how this company continues to operate as a plumbing company . We are contacting the South Carolina LLR to file a claim against Mike and his practices.
Had a great experience with our Hot Water Tank Installation. We worked with Eric to schedule the appointment and he was very helpful and communicated with us well. We used them because they have a lot of experience installing Hot Water Tanks in the North Hampton Condo building in Myrtle Beach. The price and quick service they provided was outstanding. These guys saved me a fortune And my sanity! I had another plumbing company come out and charge me a lot of money told me I had a leak in my slab. When Mike couldn’t hear it, he was determined to try and figure out where that leak was and he found it behind my washer and dryer on an old faucet that I didn’t even know existed.
