I gave Watershed plumbing a two in appreciation of the two plumbers that came. They were prompt and friendly. My problem is the outcome after two visits and amount charged. On October 13, my neighbors informed me that their bathroom, below me, was leaking through their ceiling vent. Watershed plumbing came on Oct. 14. They discovered that the flange was broken. This is the second time we have used Watershed. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. We got same day service putting our plumbing concerns to bed. They installed a new water heater 5 years ago and we were very happy so when we needed a faucet repair they were the ones we called.

Outstanding experience with Watershed. I needed to have a drain installed for a cat litter machine. Mike came out the next day looked at the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. His people were there in an hour and they finish the job in an hour and a half. The pricing was outstanding. The job was perfect and the timing was amazingly efficient short. I can’t be happier.
