I was genuinely looking forward to leasing here and was excited about the property. Unfortunately, I ended up withdrawing my application, and after my experience, I would not recommend leasing here. It’s been over 30 days, and I’m still waiting on my $200 administrative fee refund. I’ve sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and communication has been extremely disappointing. Wish I could put a zero! Another sleepless night at the Waters. Thank God we are moving out. Whatever you do don't make the mistake of moving into this horrible apartment complex. Neighbors above us love to start there stomping parties at 12:30 am and go on til 3:30 am. The Courtesy officer is a joke, when he can "get to it" he fails to inform the office of complaint, not that that does any good either because they don't follow up. This place is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Trash is everywhere, pool bathrooms are dirty, ... read more
