I don’t live at this apartments unfortunately. However, I worked with Kaylyn from the moment my family and I did the tour and she’s amazing. She has amazing spirits and truly cares about everyone she meets. Without her our experience from tour to application would have been short. Thanks Kaylyn for everything!
Maintenance walked in my apartment saying they had a work order while I was taking a shower. I emailed front desk, they stated Maintenance was going around putting the heaters on in vacant units. So why is maintenance at my unit???!!!! A few days later maintenance left bags of trash at the corner of my unit. Neighbors around me thinking the trash is mine and threw the trash at my door.. Fuimos el Domingo 18 Enero pero la recepcionista no fue para nada amable y tenia mala actitud. Decidimos no tomar ningún apartamento por la pesima atención en la administracion. Vi los comentarios de la gente y no podía creer hasta que lo vivi. También vi la respuesta del condominio y no puedo creer que no pase nada
I’ve been living here since the place was still being built and I love it here until they changed the staff. Front desk is really rude and seems like she doesn’t know any information about the apartment. I’ve called and even went in person on multiple occasions to ask questions about my lease and told me that she’ll have to ask the property manager. She kept saying she’ll have answers tomorrow on 4 consecutive days and still nothing. She had told me that she’ll be updating me about it and she never did. It’s almost as if she... read more
We moved out a month before the move out date and somehow we are charged $7k due to not telling them if we would re-lease or whatnot along with “other fees”.
