Nice location and well kept. However, a bothersome negative component is that the power goes out quite often. 4x this month and counting for June alone, and also during any instances of light rain. Out of the manager's control here, but just a general location component to be aware of. Bring some form of an electric generator when moving in. The apartments are very nice but needs more security presence hardly any cameras an some sketchy people just walking around
I toured The Waters at Bluebonnet on April 8th, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. My tour guide was Sharon Kim, and she came across as very rude and unprofessional from the start. She didn’t handle questions or comments well at all, which made the whole tour feel uncomfortable. One thing that stood out was that even if you’re planning to rent together, she only gives out one tour gift, which felt unnecessarily stingy and unwelcoming.
