This comany and its staff have been so kind and gracious and helpful since I purchased a home with an inground pool and no idea what I am doing. They answer all my questions, call me back and help talk me through any issues I am having or come out and help with them.
Our property management company uses The Watermill. Eric comes in between guest reservations and handles our balancing. Since using The Watermill, we have never had a hot-tub complaint from renters. Prices are perfect! 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend.
Spent hundreds of dollars to still have a leak, broken light and they refused to put the panels or arm back on The hot tub is just over a year old The manager even called me to give his reasons why the hot tub repair doesn’t always mean repair to fix and why they won’t reassemble the hot tub when they are done
