Terrible Service – We have tried to use Watermill for repairs twice this summer. The first time we had to call every day until we were scheduled. The second time we finally gave up and found someone else. We also use them for weekly cleaning - the kid the send is always stoned and half the time I have to call them to come back out because he 'forgets' to clean the pool.
Waited for service... – We have used Watermill in the past with no problem. This recent time, we waited for 2-3 weeks for someone to show up to repair our pump. I called to see what was going on and it turned out that they do not even have our service call logged. What a waste of time. We hired a different company now.

I called them a week ago because my parts SHOULD BE under warrantee. They still have not called me back as promised. They are still slow to respond. I have been stressing out all week because my spa is outside covered with snow and I cannot get any help in getting it fixed or even simple advice on what I can do to keep it from freezing since it is full of wat... read more
Non-communicative and slower than molasses – Well, it was early fall when I realized my hot tub wasn't working and likely needed repair. I did a brief search on Google and found a couple hot tub repair shops relatively nearby my house, and called the Watermill -- good sounding name for a spa repair place. This was early October. After over six weeks (not kidding) and a couple more phone calls (on my part -- they never called, not once), one of their repair guys finally came out. He left a note on my door that I needed to rep... read more
