Watermark San Jose has been wonderful for our family. The staff is kind, attentive, and really knows the residents. They treat everyone with dignity and compassion. You can tell the staff genuinely cares. On top of that, the facility is beautiful, clean, and has a welcoming community. We have peace of mind knowing our loved one is here.
From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and welcoming. The staff are no different. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward residents. Special mention to Jolie, who is an incredible member of their team. I’m very happy with the facilities and services they provide for my grandma.

After visiting the Watermark, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff and the amount of attention and detail put into every event that they host for the residents. Each resident's needs and wants are fully accounted for, and it is clear that every staff member puts a lot of work into creating the best atmosphere for the residents to live in.
I toured the building and it’s gorgeous. Also met a few of the staff. What a great group. Looking forward to partnering with them in the future.
