The Watermark at San Jose is a fairly new facility. The common areas are nicely done and inviting. There is not a toilet with a sufficiently elevated toilet seat for residents who need the extra height. The studio rooms are spacious with a walk-in closet and wet bar. Meal times are flexible with menu offerings that change daily as well as a rotating available anytime menu. There is also a small bistro for light snacks and coffee/tea. i live next door , this is probably the worse decision the community made. people constantly drive up in the drive way blasting music early in the morning or at night , delivery trucks at 4am, and the constant non stop ambulance and fire department every couple hours

Watermark San Jose has been wonderful for our family. The staff is kind, attentive, and really knows the residents. They treat everyone with dignity and compassion. You can tell the staff genuinely cares. On top of that, the facility is beautiful, clean, and has a welcoming community. We have peace of mind knowing our loved one is here.
From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and welcoming. The staff are no different. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward residents. Special mention to Jolie, who is an incredible member of their team. I’m very happy with the facilities and services they provide for my grandma.
