Back in July I was referred to ccac to have an OT home assessment. Suzanne has been very helpful in assisting me with receiving and filling out paperwork for a power wheelchair and also writing letters for Ceridian Cares for a hospital bed that my occupational and physiotherapist at Freeport hospital had written letters stating I need one.I forgot to mention she took proper measurements in my shower to ensure I get the proper safety bars so I didn't have any falls.
