I have tried calling the watering can flower shoppe for three days now. Website is down, goes straight to voicemail AND voicemail box is FULL. Crazy! Unfortunate because they had photos of things I really liked and wanted to order for family that just had lost a relative. They lost 3 big orders. Going elsewhere
I ordered flowers/plant on line for the first time. Justin delivered to my mom’s house and not only called my mom and left a message but called me then texted me with a picture of the delivery. What amazing customer service you guys! Very highly recommend and will order again from this wonderful small town florist’ You guys rock! I received this gorgeous bouquet for Mother's Day from my family in CA. It made my day!! The flowers are so beautiful and the arrangement so lovely! We chose the Watering Can for our wedding. I had a vision, but I couldn't even figure out what type of flowers to choose. Only colors. Candice just KNEW what to choose and did better than what I would have ever imagined. She turned my wedding into a dream and it was absolutely beautiful. Very professional and sweet and I will only use the Watering Can for any future purposes! Everything they created for this day was of amazing quality.
Incredible! I wish I could give six stars! I live out of state and I called the Watering Can hoping to find a special gift for my mom's birthday. Candice went out of her way to help me find something in her store and she delivered it the same day! My mom was ecstatic and cannot wait to go visit her store! Truly impeccable service!
