We booked in a 2 bedroom apartment and had a lovely stay. The location is very convenient and the apartment met our requirements. Only drawbacks is the apartments are not cleaned/services during our week long stay, and the noise from the streetfront location especially the noise of the helicopter taking off across the road could be bothersome. Also we didn't have any problem at all with the car parking and we have a medium to large size car, maybe the people compaining have bigger utes or patrol/landcruiser size vehicles.

Very bad experience it took me one hour to find way into my room and when I get in the room was dirty awful experience

Never recieved any communication day before or day off stay on how to check in.....rang several times and left many messages to call me back as I waited for an hour to even get into building and room.....finally get into room and it's dirty...not cleaned from previous stay ...dirty sheets...bathroom and floors no clean towels....again had to ring several times and leave messages to advise of situation....for the money we paid we are dissapointed in the entire process...Gold star stays wad not what they said they were...not p... read more

I stay here frequently when my partner is here for work. The rooms are nice and clean, the location is fantastic and Jenny is easy to contact and very helpful when you are in need of assistance. The courtyard is lovely, and depending on which way your room faces and how high up you are, you'll get a nice view of the bay. The shower is nice and hot, the kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine and dryer are a great addition too. I have no complaints. Thought I’d leave an updated review as it’s been a while since the last one posted for this place. We booked the waterfront view 2 bedroom apartment for the Easter weekend - 2 adults and 2 toddlers. It comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large walk in wardrobe, separate laundry, spacious kitchen, and open living and dining area. Plus a balcony looking out onto the water.
